Stagewise

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 29, 2026 · Maintained by Stagewise (United States).

This page is maintained by Stagewise to describe the terms under which you use the Stagewise application. It is app-owned editable content, not an independent certification.

1. Who we are

Stagewise is a subscription software service operated from the United States. References to “we”, “us”, and “Stagewise” mean the operator of the Stagewise application. References to “you” mean the individual or entity using the service.

2. The service

Stagewise helps independent artists evaluate performance opportunities, model deal terms, and track outcomes. Outputs include deterministic scores, financial scenarios, and AI-generated explanations. AI features explain or summarize — they do not calculate scores, change contract terms, or move money.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars on our Pricing page. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Stagewise to break the law, infringe on others' rights, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, scrape the service, or attempt to reverse the scoring engine. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of opportunities, audio, documents, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell your content.

7. Service availability and changes

Stagewise is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not currently offer a published uptime guarantee. We may add, modify, or remove features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature, you may cancel and request a pro-rata refund of unused time on your current billing period.

8. Disclaimers

Stagewise outputs are decision-support tools. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Scores, scenarios, and AI explanations are estimates based on the information you provide and public data; you are responsible for your own booking, contract, and payment decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagewise's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

You may stop using and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material violations of these terms. On termination, your active paid period is honored and your account is handled per the deletion timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of California.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
